Our services

DRAV offers a 1 on 1 AI course and project work, including websites, CRM systems, custom internal systems, brand design, in-person restaurant hospitality reviews, customer service consulting, English assistance, AI setup for everyday tools like Google Drive, and projects built with AI.

Booking and payment

Course sessions are booked and paid for through Cal.com and Stripe. The price is shown when you book. The course includes 1 complimentary follow-up session, which is shorter than the main session.

Cancelling and rescheduling

• 24 hours or more before your session: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule for free.
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund, but you can still reschedule.
• No-show: missed sessions are not refunded.
• If DRAV needs to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.

AI tools and other costs

The AI tools shown in sessions have their own subscription costs, which are not included in the session price. Those tools are run by other companies and have their own terms.

Results

DRAV teaches skills and builds what we agree on. We cannot guarantee specific results from how you use AI or what you build with it.

Projects

Project inquiries and the 30 minute project call are free, with no obligation. Before any project starts, you get a written plan covering the price, timeline and who owns the finished work. That agreement governs the project.

Affiliate program

Becoming an affiliate requires a request and approval by DRAV. Earnings and payment methods are agreed directly with each affiliate. Course referrals are paid after the referred person completes the course. Project referrals are paid once DRAV receives the project's initial payment; retainers, subscriptions and later payments are not included. Referrals only count when the code is entered at booking. Affiliates must be 18 or older and must clearly tell people they may earn from referrals, for example "I may earn if you use my code." Affiliates are independent, not employees of DRAV, and are responsible for their own taxes; DRAV may ask for tax info before paying. Self-referrals do not count. Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims or paid ads that use the DRAV name. DRAV may update or end the program at any time, and earnings already owed will still be paid.

Course materials and site content

Everything on this site and in DRAV sessions, including the logo, text and materials, belongs to DRAV. You are welcome to use what you learn for yourself, but please do not copy or resell DRAV materials.

Limits on responsibility

DRAV is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, DRAV is not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid DRAV for the service involved.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and bookings follow the terms in place when you booked.
